The brief
Set on an attractive plot in a much sought-after area, this property needed a complete renovation to turn it into the home of our client’s dreams. They wanted to maximise space whilst retaining as much of their gorgeous garden as possible, and aspired design a home that stood out amongst a street full of beautiful properties.
The concept
We wanted to completely transform this home with a two-storey side extension wrapping around the side and rear of the building, additional ground-floor rear space and a complete renovation of the existing structure. Our contemporary, light-filled design plays with height, angles and textures to create a unique modern appearance, allowing guests to flow through the property experiencing a cohesive yet distinctive aesthetic in each new space.
